Incredible customer support!
It was a dumb problem I realized later, but it was a problem I was experiencing nevertheless, so I wrote deepClock customer support. I had an answer in under two minutes of transmitting my message. Unbelievable! And they were exceedingly gracious in their advice (despite the fact that it was a dumb question on my part). They have my undying admiration and highest recommendation. Oh, and I like the product a great deal as well. (Now can these good folks teach customer service to the rest of the tech world?)
