This small app displays a traditional clock that can easily been seen from across a room. I regularly run it during meetings, while not in front of the desk itself, and, sometimes when at the desk, in a smaller size on a second monitor. I run the app with the second hand hided. There are several styles of clocks to choose from, but only a few that have a simple clean interface. I run it with a black clock and white hands, which is non-intrusive and easy to read. There are also some options to show a calendar or date, but I have never used that. I just want a simple clean clock, which I much prefer than to running a digital clock. If anything, I would like to see more clean neutral modern clock styles to choose from.

This app shows promise. I would like to see a feature added where you can adjust the transparency of the clocks (the only "transparent" clock is the neon version shown in the third screenshot. There is a setting where you can make the date and time go "transparent" when you mouse over them; but they dont actually go transparent - they go invisible/disappear. More clock styles would be helpful too.

This developer simply doesn’t test anything. This time the icon sits in the dock. There’s no menu access. You can’t change it. You can’t move it. You can’t do anything with it. This has to be the dumbest person to put apps in the app store. I want my $.99 back….

nice clocks looks good on desktop. wont upgrade to 1.0.1 , keeps on trying to upgrade, then says mismatch.

I liked this app when it was first released as "iClock". As the above poster mentioned, the upgrade process was somewhat problematic: I had to delete/logout before I was able to finally make the upgrade by reinstalling. The new version is even better. Now you can remove the second hand display (which I personally found a bit distracting, but YMMV), and it also works better with the MacBook Pro sleep function. My only possible request would be to make it resizable, but thats pretty low-priority. Very nice, altogether. Ive loved having an analog clock on my desktop since my old Unix X Windows workstation days, and this is an excellent alternative. Nice app, and for 99 cents you cant beat it.

Well done. A handy clock. The designs are varied (needs more). The clock size is fixed (need to make it capable of enlarging or reducing size).

I really need a floating clock on all spaces. This does that and is very attractive. However, I run a lot of full screen apps and what I need is the ability to adjust the transparency of the clock so it is very unobtrusive. Would love to see the following features. * Transparency setting * Change the size * Digital option (though I like the analog)

While setting the calendar preferences, my system became unresponsive. My Mac was fine and working properly with no problems before installing this application. The system became unresponsive to the the point of needing rebooting. Once rebooted, the computer would work OK for about the first minute and then become unresponsive again. Needed to completely re-image my machine. Not good.

Thats exactly what I was looking so long. Simple and clear setting. I can keep the clock and calendar in front even if Im in Safari in full screen.

The one thing missing is a digital clock option. This is the only floating clock available for 10.8 that appears in full screen mode. Update this with a digital readout option!

I like the product, and the price. But rather than keep its own list of events, it would be much better to read the events from iCal.

It was a dumb problem I realized later, but it was a problem I was experiencing nevertheless, so I wrote deepClock customer support. I had an answer in under two minutes of transmitting my message. Unbelievable! And they were exceedingly gracious in their advice (despite the fact that it was a dumb question on my part). They have my undying admiration and highest recommendation. Oh, and I like the product a great deal as well. (Now can these good folks teach customer service to the rest of the tech world?)

All of the clocks are mediocre, I want the one that is shown as the app icon in the app store.

I just migrated from a Windows PC to a Mac and this is one of the first things I bought. Accuracy and aesthetics are incredible. Those extra styles to choose from come in handy, because we all tend to have different background patters on our screens. So thats not just a fancy feature but a must-have. Frankly, I am surprised they dont charge more. Get this,

I installed this from the App Store yesterday. It looks good, sits in the corner of my screen, tells time. If the Mac was asleep, it takes a few moments to update. It has a brushed aluminum frame with blackheads and numbers, red second hand. If you’re looking for the settings, there is no app menu when you click on the clock/calendar themselves. Click on the little clock face icon at the bar on top of your display and a menu will appear. Took me a while to figure that out. I like the clock styles - calendar styles could be better but at least they stand out. Haven’t tried the Events settings yet.

This is a very good program. It has everything I needed !

I downloaded the app today but had trouble figuring out how to configure everything. Sent an email to customer support and they answered within the hour with instructions on how to use the app. I love the app and the graphics. Well worth the cost.
